You may not copy, screenshot, reproduce, alter, or distribute any content without written permission. All images remain copyrighted; you are purchasing a license to use them as described below.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchased images include a personal use license, allowing you to:
Download and store the images
Print them for personal use
Share them privately with family and friends
You may not:
Edit, crop, filter, or alter images
Use images commercially
Sell or license images
Submit images to contests or publications
Remove watermarks

3. Digital Downloads
Digital file purchases are final and non‑refundable.
Delivery is considered complete once the download link is sent. Trevor Brody Photography is not responsible for:
Lost files after delivery
Expired download links
Device or software issues preventing download
Accidental purchases
Replacement links may be provided at our discretion.

4. Print Orders and Pixieset Fulfillment
Prints and physical products may be fulfilled by third‑party professional labs through Pixieset.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
Minor color, brightness, or cropping variations are normal
Screen‑to‑print differences may occur
Production and shipping timelines are estimates
Trevor Brody Photography is not responsible for delays caused by print labs, carriers, or customs
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days.

5. Non‑Refundable Products
Due to the custom nature of photographic products and the risk of illegal reproduction, all sales are final.
Replacements are available within 14 days for:
Items damaged during shipping
Incorrect images or product errors
To qualify for replacement:
Items must be returned in original condition
Damaged or abused items will not be accepted
Returns must be shipped prepaid
Shipping fees are non‑refundable
Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.

Shipments refused without authorization or returned due to an invalid address are subject to:
A 15% restocking fee

Portfolio display
Website and social media
Marketing and promotional materials
Clients may request a no‑share agreement prior to their session or purchase.
